Delivery time and tracking
A large part of our articles can be delivered directly from our warehouse in Reichenburg. The duration from shipping to the arrival of the shipment usually takes between 1 - 2 working days. The current availability can be found directly in the article.

4row works together with the post office. Before the package is handed over to the post office, you will receive a tracking code, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping methods
If no other delivery address is given, the delivery will be made to your billing address.

Shipping countries & costs
Switzerland: Up to 200.- CHF we charge shipping costs of 7.- CHF. From 200.- CHF we ship without shipping costs.
We do not ship to other countries. You can find our EU Shop here.

Attention: For bulky items, the delivery costs are shown separately. A corresponding information happens directly at the article concerned.

Collection
A pickup of orders in Reichenburg is only possible after prior consultation.

Returns
We will send you a return bill by e-mail at the end of the order process. On this the exact procedure as well as the address for the return is noted.
